As the founder and Principal of Dedicare Consulting, John Orosz offers over 25 years of diversified experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.   Rooted in sound engineering and leadership principles, Mr. Orosz’s experience is the foundation for the services offered by Dedicare.  This experience includes the development, validation and manufacture of cardiovascular medical devices ranging from Guidewires to Atherectomy Devices to Drug Eluting Stents.  Mr. Orosz has held engineering and leadership roles within product/process development, manufacturing and quality systems for leading medical device companies.   As a consultant (since 2010), Mr. Orosz has realized value for Dedicare clients in leadership roles within quality systems auditing & development, validation planning and validation remediation in an ever-expanding product base. 

Mr. Orosz holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University, and an Associates Degree in Computer Engineering from Franklin Institute of Boston.  Mr. Orosz is trained and certified in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, and has received extensive training in management and leadership through the Johnson and Johnson Executive Education Program.
